We work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery from LightHub Direct.
Delivery Options & Prices (UK)
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the following options apply to in-stock items ordered Monday–Friday.

*Next working day aims apply to orders placed before our daily cut-off and exclude weekends, bank holidays, remote locations, and oversized/pallet deliveries.
Free Delivery Threshold applies to mainland UK only after discounts; VAT is excluded from the threshold calculation.
Order Cut-Off & Processing

Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00pm (Mon–Fri) for in-stock items.

After 3:00pm / weekends / bank holidays: Dispatched next working day.

You’ll receive an order confirmation, then a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves us.
Couriers & Tracking
We use trusted carriers (e.g. Fedex, DPD, DHL) depending on parcel size/weight and destination. Tracking details are emailed automatically—use the link to follow your delivery or manage preferences (safe place, leave with neighbour, pickup shop where eligible).
Oversized, Fragile & Pallet Deliveries
Some products (e.g. long battens, large panels, bulk orders) may require a specialist courier or pallet service:

Transit time: typically 3–5 working days.

Curbside delivery only (driver is not permitted to carry items inside).

Our team will contact you if a pallet delivery is required.
Stock, Backorders & Split Shipments

If your order contains pre-order/backorder items, we’ll show the estimated availability on the product page and/or checkout.

We may split shipments so you receive in-stock items sooner—this won’t cost you extra.

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly with an alternative or refund.
Delivery Areas & Restrictions

We deliver across the UK & Channel Islands. For ROI/International enquiries, please contact us before ordering so we can quote courier options and transit times.

We can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer; carrier surcharges may apply.
Missed Delivery & Address Changes

If you miss your delivery, the courier will attempt again or leave collection instructions.

Need to change your address after dispatch? We’ll try our best, but reroutes aren’t always possible and may delay your parcel.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your parcel on arrival:

Damaged packaging or items? Note it with the driver if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll sort replacements swiftly.

Wrong or missing items? Let us know within 7 days so we can correct it.
This helps us claim with the courier and resolve issues fast.
Severe Weather & Peak Periods
Adverse weather, strikes, or seasonal peaks (e.g. Black Friday, December) can impact delivery times. We’ll keep you informed of any significant delays.

Currently unavailable. If you’d prefer to arrange your own courier collection for a trade job, contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.
