Returns & Exchanges

At Downlights LED, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we make returning or exchanging your order as simple as possible.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items.
Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size, colour, or finish.

Exchanges are processed once we’ve received the original item back in its original condition.
If the replacement item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or arrange payment for any extra amount.
To avoid delays, let us know in advance which product you’d like as a replacement so we can reserve stock for you.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact Us First – Email our customer service team at help@downlightsled.co.uk or call [insert phone number] with your order details.
Package Your Item – Make sure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Send It Back – Use your preferred postal or courier service. We recommend using a tracked method for peace of mind.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within its warranty period:

Contact us with a description of the issue and photos if possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Important Notes

Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Returns made without prior contact may take longer to process.
